Nearness to Al Haram Masjid. Taxi costs SAR10 oneway. Reception staff who checked me in (Apologies for him coz I did not asked his name) was a gentle and warm person. He did everything with smoothness and thorough professionalism. Thanks him and Sadan Plaza..

Location is great however, parking spaces are scarce and it is not easy to park your car. Not too far from Haram, most individuals can walk but others may need taxi, if not used to walk for distances or want to save energy for your Umra. Rooms are clean, no spotless, but was OK for a day. Asked for extra pillow cases and got them. A supermarket under the hotel and plenty of taxies to take you to Haram. Air condition too strong, and remote control didnt work, bathroom clean and water heater was also available. Generally, satisfied for my short stay.

Ok, its not a 5 star hotel. But for what you pay, its worth every penny. The room and bathroom was reasonably clean and comfortable. The hotel has two modern lifts (or elevators if you are American). The location is about 15 minutes walk from the main King Fahd gate leading to Al Haram. There is also an option of taking a bus from across the street for SAR 3, or a taxi for SAR 10. Some taxi drivers may ask for more but you can always bargain with them. Always settle a price before getting in a taxi in Makkah. Another plus point is that there are plenty of restaurants, mini supermarkets, general stores and souvenir shops near the hotel.
